With Q1 well underway, we take a moment to reflect on some of our favorite collaborations of the past year...



Quartz Office Building + Parking Garage – Doraville, GA

Designed by the architectural firm RULE JOY TRAMMELL RUBIO to house Serta Simmons Bedding’s new headquarters, Quartz Office Building and Parking Garage is a 5-story office building, one story showroom/research and development building and a 5 level 550 car parking deck. The exterior industrial design is tied together by our Versa-brix® Antique Classic thin brick formliner thanks to our partners Tindall Precast and Gate Precast.














The Study - University CityThe Study at University City – Philadelphia, PA

Located between Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania, The Study at University City is a boutique hotel with a minimalistic form comprised of a podium and tower. Designed by DIGSAU to reflect the spirit of West Philadelphia, the texture of our Versa-brix® 3-D brick-clad precast concrete, installed by Universal Concrete, complements the diverse architecture of the community.









Kann Farms
 – Carlisle, PA

KSS Architects designed Kann Farms with rural central PA’s aesthetic in mind. Our Salem tilt-up texture, implemented by MK Concrete, is evocative of the natural landscape in both texture and color.










Jim Thorpe Pedestrian Bridge – Jim Thorpe, PA

The Jim Thorpe Pedestrian Bridge links the Delaware and Lehigh trails – former railroad beds since converted to bike trails. Latona stained our cast-in-place concrete using an architectural stain by New Concept Staining to mirror the historical significance of the project that is very close to our company’s home and heart.









80 on the Commons – Columbus, OH

Located on Columbus Commons, a landmark public square, NBBJ Architects' 12-story, mixed-use building includes retail and restaurant space, office and residential offerings as well as amenity and event areas. it is an example of a highly customized pre-cast concrete project, featuring intricate tiles with intricate combinations and placement of squares.
