Merrill Lynch

Project Details

Taking into consideration office space trends, the quality and location of the existing campus, and preservation of agriculture, the Merrill Lynch Corporate Campus was originally built in 2000 and consists of three office buildings, totaling 380,417 square feet. This project was arguably one of the first of its kind as far as the use of custom pre-cast thin brick is concerned, not to mention the scope of the campus itself. Definitely a "hallmark" event!
